Project Support:
Assist the Team Leader in planning and executing garden projects from small to large scale.
Help coordinate design, construction, and maintenance activities.
Team Coordination:
Support the Team Leader in managing staff and assigning tasks.
Ensure effective communication among team members.
Financial Assistance:
Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
Help identify funding opportunities and prepare grant applications.
Community and Education:
Assist in organizing and conducting educational programs and workshops.
Engage with the community to promote the garden and its activities.
Sustainability Efforts:
Support the implementation of sustainable gardening practices.
Monitor and maintain records of the garden`s environmental impact.
