∎ Lead and direct all aspects of hotel operations, including guest experience, employee engagement, financial performance, and service excellence.
∎ Drive sales and revenue strategies, leveraging sales channels and proactive outreach efforts.
∎ Hold department heads accountable for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
∎ Plan and manage businesses for multiple hotels. Fostering operational excellence through learning and innovation.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, stakeholders, and the local community.
∎ Collaborate with ownership and project teams on finalizing construction, design, and operational setup.
∎ Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of key personnel.
∎ Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service guidelines.
∎ Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create pre-opening buzz and secure bookings.
∎ Ensure compliance with local laws, licensing, and brand standards.
∎ Ensure seamless execution of service initiatives to exceed guest expectations.

∎ Job Summary
∎ The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing the entire pre-opening and post-opening operations of the hotel, ensuring its successful launch, sustained growth, and profitability. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong strategic, operational, and business acumen to drive performance, maximize revenue, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
