• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Knowledge of sustainable gardening practices and environmental conservation.

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for the botanical garden and commercial flower beds.
• Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of the garden.
• Ensure the project adheres to timelines and budgets.

Team Management:

• Lead and manage a team of horticulturists, gardeners, and administrative staff.
• Assign tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular team meetings.

Financial Management:

• Prepare and manage the project budget.
• Identify and secure funding sources, including grants, donations, and sponsorships.

Community Engagement:

• Promote the garden through public relations, marketing, and community outreach.
• Develop educational programs and workshops for visitors and local schools.

Sustainability and Conservation:

• Implement eco-friendly practices and ensure the garden promotes environmental conservation.
• Monitor and report on the environmental impact of the garden.
