• Supervise Electromechanical installation activities (Such as Electrification, Substations, Generators, VRF, firefighting, and ventilation) to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and safety standards.

• In-depth knowledge of electromechanical systems design, installation, and maintenance. Familiarity with industry standards and codes (e.g., BNBC, NEC, NFPA) is essential.

• Proficiency in using design and drafting software such as AutoCAD and similar tools for electromechanical systems design and documentation.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for electromechanical systems, track costs throughout the project, and implement cost-saving strategies.

• Manage electromechanical aspects of construction projects, including coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

• Emphasis on quality control and assurance to ensure that electromechanical systems meet design specifications and industry standards.

• Generate regular progress reports, document construction activities, and communicate project status to stakeholders.

• Coordinate with construction teams to resolve technical issues and ensure the timely completion of electrical and Mechanical works.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures as necessary.

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards governing Electro Mechanical installations.

• Identify and fix issues with Electric, Substation, Generator, VRF, Firefighting, and other electromechanical equipment.

• Prepare BOQ, send material requisition, Measurement of works done, and check the bill of Electro Mechanical works.
