Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise Electromechanical installation activities (Such as Electrification, Substations, Generators, VRF, firefighting, and ventilation) to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and safety standards.
In-depth knowledge of electromechanical systems design, installation, and maintenance. Familiarity with industry standards and codes (e.g., BNBC, NEC, NFPA) is essential.
Proficiency in using design and drafting software such as AutoCAD and similar tools for electromechanical systems design and documentation.
Prepare accurate cost estimates for electromechanical systems, track costs throughout the project, and implement cost-saving strategies.
Manage electromechanical aspects of construction projects, including coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Emphasis on quality control and assurance to ensure that electromechanical systems meet design specifications and industry standards.
Generate regular progress reports, document construction activities, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Coordinate with construction teams to resolve technical issues and ensure the timely completion of electrical and Mechanical works.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards governing Electro Mechanical installations.
Identify and fix issues with Electric, Substation, Generator, VRF, Firefighting, and other electromechanical equipment.
Prepare BOQ, send material requisition, Measurement of works done, and check the bill of Electro Mechanical works.
