• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Only Male

• Prepare Plumbing design for RAJUK approval & Fire Safety plan for the Fire Department.

• Prepare plumbing system designs, including water supply, drainage, sanitary, and stormwater systems.

• Prepare fire-fighting system designs (Including Detection, sprinklers, hydrants, and hose reels) in accordance with NFPA standards, local codes, and project specifications.

• Develop schematics, layouts, and detailed drawings for plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems using CAD/BIM software.

• Develop detailed drawings for Plantation, Water body, etc.

• Ensure designs comply with international standards (BNBC, NFPA).

• Calculate water demand, drainage loads, and pipe sizing for residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.

• Integrate plumbing & Firefighting systems with other MEP services to avoid clashes and ensure coordination.

• Ensure plumbing designs meet building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability requirements.

• Coordinate with architects, structural, electrical, and HVAC teams for clash-free designs.

• Coordinate with site teams & others to resolve design-related issues during execution.

• Frequent Site inspections to ensure design implementation and quality control for plumbing and firefighting works..

• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and material specifications for the fire-fighting system.

• Develop project reports, design basis reports (DBR), and calculation sheets.

• Perform site inspections and quality checks for plumbing and firefighting works.
