1. At least 5 year(s) at Elevator & Escalator industry.
2. 5 years working experience in maintenance & service sector.
3. Must have computer knowledge on MS word, MS excel, and MS outlook.
4. Should have Smartness, stamina & strong physical ability to work under pressure.
5. Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh

• Ensure lift maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, & other whole systems as per company policy as per schedule around in Bangladesh.

• Make maintenance work progress report weekly and Monthly.

• Maintain technical documentation of solutions and deliverables and presented technical overview prior to handover of the requisite deliverables.

• Reviews work of assigned project for technical accuracy.

• Supervise and monitor the works of installation & commissioning.

• Incorporate the lift core design aligned with building design.

• Prepare report of management department spares information and other systems as per company system analysis etc.

• Ensure spare parts support to all customers and ensure stock of spare parts according to customer demand.

• Plan, implement and monitor the entire system for customer support.
