Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Community Development Centre (CODEC) invites application for the following positions from the potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing “CODEC- Strengthening the protective environment for children, adolescents, and youth in the refugee camps and host communities in Cox’s Bazar (UNICEF-CP) Project” funded by UNICEF Bangladesh located at Ukhiya and Teknaf, Cox’s Bazar.·
∎ a.  Organize and conduct monthly and quarterly staff coordination meeting with specific agenda accomplishment of minutes.
∎ b.  Responsible for coordinating with all the agencies
∎ c.  Assist to Project Manager to prepare periodic donor report (monthly, quarterly and yearly report) on the project.
∎ d.  Coordinate with all the selected MPC and adolescent clubs.
∎ e.  Training package, module and material development.
∎ f.   Monthly meeting participant with community Based Child Protection Committee (CBCPC) and community member
∎ g.  Regular cultural activities under direct guidance of Project Manager.
∎ h.  Communication and rapport building with community Based Child Protection Committee (CBCPC) reformation of committee if necessary.
∎ i.   Responsible to arrange physical verification with identification marks of all CODEC assets in the project areas.
∎ j.   Responsible programmatic compile report of respective MPC and submit to project Manager.
∎ k.  Responsible to reconcile inter project fund management.
∎ l.  Assist trainer to develop and updating the training manual, curriculam and materials as per TNA with programme packages assisted by Project Coordinator.
∎ m.  Responsible to maintain liaison and communication with district and Upazilla level official of MoWCA, DWA, DSS, MOL, BSS,ofGoB and other likeminded NGOs
