• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Civil

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Real Estate, Steel, Motor Workshop

• Ensure re-sized materials meet ALML standards and comply with work orders

• Conduct random store visits to minimize wastage and optimize material usage

• Inspect shuttering/formwork materials for damage, wear, and operational issues

• Support ALML projects by coordinating amendments to shuttering equipment as per project requirements

• Prepare reports on shuttering materials` condition and performance for management

• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules

• Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables required for repairs

• Ensure a safe and organized workshop environment in compliance with health and safety regulations

• Provide technical advice on shuttering systems and recommend solutions for recurring issues

• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure materials are always ready for use

• Supervise welders and monitor their daily tasks.Oversee scrap sales as per company policy

• Prepare the monthly raw materials budget for new shuttering, machinery repairs, and resizing

• Verify actual shuttering material quantity before and after repair/resizing

• Ensure quantity variations in shuttering materials are properly documented post-repair

• Take timely initiatives for wastage and scrap sales as per company procedures

• Prepare material requisition forms and authorize all SRVs/MRR

• Develop budgets/cost estimates for development and innovation needs

• Take timely action for repairable tools and equipment per company standards
