Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Project management experience in WASH, Humanitarian Assistances and relevant experience.
∎ Team management- Ability to work under limited supervision- Dynamism, Good report writing, Presentation & Computer skills, etc.
∎ Clear understanding of technical, social, and institutional issues relating to water, sanitation, and hygiene education in humanitarian response contexts, particularly in refugee settings.
∎ Proficient in writing technical and analytical reports, delivering presentations, and communicating effectively in English with stakeholders.
∎ Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and willingness to travel frequently to field sites.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for overall effective implementation of the project as per project implementation guidelines and organizational commitment with maintaining proper coordination with the donor agency, relevant stakeholders, and the management.
∎ Ensure that capacity building plans and performance management systems are in place to develop the requisite competencies in project staff to ensure ongoing sustainability and quality of response.
∎ Maintain effective coordination with donors, local administration, DPHE, CiCs, NGOs, relevant stakeholders and other implementing partners as required.
∎ Facilitate donor field visits and presentation (technical, analytical progress), and choice the visited area, as well as explain to visitors.
∎ Assist to prepare several types of reports & presentation relating to technical, analytical, Programmatic visit, Completion report and share with Project Coordinator and Documentation.
∎ Comply with NGO Forum’s policies and practice with respect to child safeguarding, code of conduct, health and safety, equal opportunities and other relevant policies and procedures.

Employment Status: Contractual

Job Highlights:
∎ Provision of quality WASH services to the Rohingya refugee population in Ukhiya Upazila, Cox's Bazar District.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until December 31, 2025.
