Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily Operation to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
∎ Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
∎ Manage day-to-day Operation of the Light production, ensuring efficient Operation and delivery of high-quality products.
∎ Monitor operational performance and implement improvements as needed.
∎ Plan, organize and direct distribution operation to ensure product availability.
∎ Sales forecasting and Raw material planning
∎ Process development and automation initiatives to improve productivity
∎ Raw material and Machine sourcing & planning
∎ Direct day-to-day operations focused on attainment of key business metrics, continuous improvement initiatives.
∎ Review and analyze reports, records and directives to obtain data required for planning department activities.
∎ Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards.
∎ Monitor product quality and collaborate with other departments to address any issues.
∎ Contribute to the development of company-wide strategic plans and initiatives.
∎ Collaborate with senior management to align production goals with overall business objectives.
∎ Manage the Supply chain Process from procurement to delivery.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely & cost-effective procurement of materials & parts.
∎ Implement inventory management strategies to minimize stock- Outs & excess inventory
∎ Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.
∎ Prepare and maintain production reports, including performance metrics, production schedules, and inventory levels.
