Experience:
Lead and motivate the zonal sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
Monitor team activities, movement plans, and performance in the field.
Coach and guide team members to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Visit the market regularly with the team to ensure proper visibility, availability, and product placement.
Monitor dealer and retailer-wise performance and build strong business relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Identify and appoint new dealers and retailers in potential or gap markets for business expansion.
Track market trends and competitor activities to develop counterstrategies
Analyze dealer and retail-wise sales records and monitor credit status to ensure healthy financial discipline.
Maintain updated databases on sales performance, employee performance, pricing, and competitor information.
Evaluate zone-wise sales data and prepare regular reports for management review.
Forecast sales and contribute to target planning for the zone.
Resolve dealer and customer issues promptly and professionally.
Submit timely sales reports, competitor insights, and performance summaries to senior management.
Assign and designate sales targets and territories to staff according to individual potential
Nonmoving and slow moving - business recovery plan
Closing sales with Customer Management and Accounts Department.
Any other task assigned by the Management.
