Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Sales Manager (Tricycle) will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for tricycles within the assigned territory. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and building strong relationships with customers and dealers to ensure that sales targets are met. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the market, and the ability to drive performance in a competitive environment.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth for tricycles in the assigned region.
∎ Execute the sales strategy to ensure realizing the Organization's Vision.
∎ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service and communication.
∎ Ensure periodical targets and optimize accordingly.
∎ Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular sales reports.
∎ Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
∎ Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
∎ Develop & execute effective Sales strategy & ensure extraordinary customer experience.
∎ Manage and monitor daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.
∎ Create and Manage the database and align it with the organizational system.
∎ Monitor existing competitor activities and compete accordingly.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management related to the role.
∎ Periodical Report Generation and Presentation.
