∎ As the Deputy Manager/Manager of Sales for the Gadget & Small Appliance division, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share. You will lead a team of sales professionals, manage key accounts, and build strong relationships with retailers and distributors. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in a competitive and rapidly evolving market.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the Gadget & Small Appliance division.v
∎ Lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure sales goals are met.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's market presence.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, retailers, and distributors.
∎ Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competition to adjust strategies and product offerings.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing department to create effective promotional campaigns and product launches.
∎ Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
