Job Responsibilities:
∎ Efficiently handle the entire order placement and execution process.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with fabric suppliers.
∎ Ensure the highest quality standards for fabrics.
∎ Timely Delivery: Monitor and ensure on-time delivery of fabric orders.
∎ Inventory Management: Oversee fabric inventory levels and optimize stock.
∎ Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of fabric sourcing professionals.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics.
∎ Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
∎ Continuously enhance fabric sourcing processes for efficiency.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ BSc in Textile Engineering (Preferably from AUST, BUTEX).
∎ Professional Certification in Supply Chain Management is a plus.
∎ Strong negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Leadership experience and the ability to manage a team effectively.
∎ Proficient in fabric types including TC, CVC, cotton, terry, fleece terry, brush/non-brush.
