Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have clear knowledge and practical experience about Preparing & Issuing UP, H.S Code, Yearly Enrollment, Exp, IP, EP, CO, DC, B/L and other documents related with commercial responsibilities. Should have knowledge about Customs law and regulations about Import & Export, Customs Audit and be capable to negotiate with Customs bond department.
∎ Should be adept in handling Bond licensing issue, Custom Auditing, UP preparing & issuing, Entitlement, license renewal etc. of a large Garments Accessories Company.
∎ The incumbent will have to work independently and ensure smooth implementation of all the custom related jobs independently.
∎ Do the In-bond and Ex-bond related job.
∎ Look after the job of General Bond.
∎ Prepare UP & issue from bond customs for Poly Bag & Poly Items, Sewing Thread, Paper Items, Woven Label, Label items, paper sticker, Paper box, Elastic, Drawstrings, Draw cord, Heat transfer Print, Printed Label, butterfly, Gum tape, Label Sticker etc.
∎ Prepare and ensure required documentations for Bond License/Audit for renewal.
∎ Follow up Annual Import Permission.
∎ Include all Machinery and new raw material whenever imported.
∎ Prepare PRC for Bank.
∎ Prepare yearly import/export customs statement.
∎ Maintain liaison with Customs office.
∎ Follow up compliance issues in the factory regarding bond and export items.
∎ Work independently with BIDA, BERC, Explosive, CCI&E, BGAPMEA.
∎ Work independently with DEDO, Customs Bond Commissionerate & other GOVT offices.
∎ Update and maintain Bond Register.
∎ Receive any kind of certificate, NOC and to release indemnity bond.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by Management.
∎ Perform all the bond-related works proficiently and independently.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 7-10 (s) years' practical experience in 100% Deem & Direct export Oriented Accessories company’s commercial department related with preparing & issuing UP from Customs
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ BIDA Work, Customs Bond, VAT and Tax
∎ Computer skills in MS-Office, MS Excel, Windows OS. PDF, e-mail and internet browsing.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Adequate Knowledge about H.S. Code, L/C Clauses, PSI, Customs and bonded warehouse matter , Custom Audit, Bill of Lading and other shipping documents, Certificate of Origin and undertaking, Bond License, Vessel Schedule, Invoice, Packing list, UP, EXP, BGAPMEA, NBR & other delegates etc.
∎ Must be updated on the latest Customs and International Trade Laws is essential to be proficient in this position.
∎ Knowledge about handle of Port and Customs Operation effectively.
