∎ Age at most 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with merchandising and production teams to validate consumption against buyer tech pack
∎ Develop and maintain fabric-related T&A plans aligned with overall production timeline; if required adjust T&A
∎ Evaluate the critical path for each fabric booking, identifying potential delays in lab dip, bulk approval or sourcing
∎ Coordinate with knitting, dyeing, and finishing units to align their capacity with actual demand and delivery target
∎ Monitor real-time fabric inventory across central and unit-wise stores
∎ Ensure optimum inventory levels — avoiding shortages, overstocks, and dead stock accumulation
∎ Work with procurement and commercial teams to ensure timely sourcing of raw materials (yarn, greige, finished fabric)
∎ Identify inefficiencies in fabric booking, follow-up, and communication loops
∎ Collaborate with merchandising, production planning, sourcing, QA, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution
∎ Monitor actual vs planned fabric consumption and flag variances
∎ Coordinate with technical and cost control teams to minimize wastage and improve fabric delivery
