Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute social media & offline marketing strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Youtube.
∎ Develop compelling content for social media channels, including posts, graphics, and videos.
∎ Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize social media campaigns.
∎ Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to integrate social media strategies with other digital marketing initiatives, such as email marketing, SEO and PPC advertising.
∎ Manage social media advertising campaigns
∎ Preparing & monitoring budgeting, targeting, and optimization.
∎ Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and feedback, and respond in a timely and professional manner. In addition, develop and execute offline marketing plan and executions
∎ Identify target markets and analyze market trends and seek opportunities to Lead-Generation.
∎ Carry out market research/surveys to understand demand and manage brand positioning.
∎ Manage key brand-building activities such as regular/ad-hoc brand communications, employer branding, content marketing, and public relations.
∎ Develop communications strategy aligned with business objectives for both short and long-term impact.
∎ Manage production of Marketing Materials and Maintain liaison with suppliers, printers and designers Ensure effective distribution of marketing materials
∎ Deploy campaigns that impact both branding and business numbers.
∎ Roll out marketing calendar plans.
