Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Sole responsibilities & accountability of entire Finishing work;
∎ Coordinator among the different departments for ensuring continual production;
∎ Act as a team leader for the betterment of product, process, resources as well as the environment;
∎ Make a good plan to finish the product by considering urgency, smooth running of the production line as well as production nature discussing with senior Management;
∎ Should be technically qualified & capable of monitoring day to day activities;
∎ Responsible for monitoring assigned unit every day and monitoring final inspection of all buyers;
∎ Monitor Hourly & daily finishing production report;
∎ Weekly production bill check;
∎ Ensure production quality for finishing and meet on-time delivery schedule without any delay;
∎ Take preventive action for making non-conformance product;
∎ Take corrective action for non-conformance product;
∎ Coordination of quality control section and finishing section for any kind of fault is generating during;
∎ Follow up monthly, hourly and daily target;
∎ Ability to handle the inspections of any external audits; analyze the product and prepare for line feeding to get the right quality first time;
∎ Able to follow up shipment plan and achieve packing targets, quick balancing finishing lines when required;
∎ Analyze individual worker performance;
∎ Optimize quality manpower allocation;
∎ Any other job assigned by the concerned authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in any reputed garments factory(s) out of which minimum 3 years in Managerial/Assistant Manager (Finishing) Position.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team of workers & staffs
∎ Strong technical knowledge in finishing and quality systems.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Strong leadership with problems solving skills.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
