• Responsible for monitoring and management of all the activities of the Commercial Department.

• Coordinate with the Merchandising Department and Accounts & Finance Department regularly regarding shipment schedules and fund management activities.

• Prepare all Commercial Import & Export documents bills of exchange, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Buyer Packing Lists, beneficiary certificates, shipping bills, etc.

• Import and Export processing through Bank, EPB, LFMEAB, Customs, etc.   

• Communication with the Bank for All Import & Export activities, Loan Sanction, Renewal & Repayment, LC, Purchase, Maturity Payment & Collection.

• The Checking and controlling HS code, Customs Act, Import Policy, Export Policy, Insurance, and other related laws applicable for Import & Export.

• Monitoring and tracking the bill of landing and airways bills, checking the status of the shipment.

• Follow up export relative to all activities, with the bank for LC open, Payment and document collection, etc.

• Maintain & Update all Business Documents on time.

• To collect Bill of Lading on time & submit import documents to forwarding agent or Bank to Bank.

• Communicate with Bank, Forwarder, C & F, and Transport agent.

• Prepare LC margin & LC statement.

• Collecting of LC Performance report from Bank·       

• Ensure transportation and delivery of goods from ports.

• Any other task assigned by the superior & management.
