Additional Requirements:
Master Degree in any discipline.
Preferable age below 50 years.
Minimum 07 years of experience in TB and public health programs, including private sector engagement and field operations.
Excellent documentation and communication skills in report writing and presentation.
Skills in private sector engagement in public health related project implementation.
Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
Good in MS Office application suite.
Responsibilities & Context:
The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and monitoring TB program implementation in assigned areas.
Managing Field TB Coordinators and ensuring effective field-level program execution.
Managing liaison with government and partner stakeholders.
Overseeing training activities and reporting processes.
Ensuring compliance with donor and organizational requirements.
Ensuring achievement of program targets and expected outcomes.
