Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

Additional Requirements:
- Age 28 to 37 years
4–5 years of proven experience in managing technical procurement within the manufacturing industry.
Ability to demonstrate innovation and deliver value-added solutions in procurement processes.
Proficiency in supply chain software/ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or equivalent).
Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis for procurement reporting.
Knowledge of HS codes, customs regulations, and logistics operations.
Responsibilities & Context:
Procurement & Sourcing – Plan, source, negotiate, and procure CAPEX, spare parts, engineering services, and project requirements as per business demand and specifications.
Vendor Management – Develop and maintain a robust supplier base, ensuring alternative sourcing options for competitive pricing, quality assurance, and risk minimization.
Contracting & Compliance – Manage RFQ/RFP processes, supplier selection, contract preparation, and vendor enlistment in line with company SOPs, ensuring updated legal documentation.
Logistics & Delivery – Ensure timely procurement, shipment, customs clearance, and delivery of materials from both local and international vendors, minimizing demurrage and port delays.
Documentation & LC Handling – Oversee purchase orders, L/C issuance, verification of terms, HS codes, and shipping documentation to ensure smooth import operations.
Stakeholder Collaboration – Maintain close liaison with factories, business units, and local/foreign suppliers to ensure uninterrupted supply for both planned and urgent requirements.
Market & Factory Visits – Conduct regular market intelligence, vendor site inspections, and factory visits to monitor quality, delivery performance, and business support needs.
Cost & Process Optimization – Drive continuous process improvement, cost reduction initiatives, and monthly reporting on procurement savings versus logistics KPIs.
Team Leadership – Guide, motivate, and monitor team members to enhance efficiency and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Strategic Planning – Support business forecasts (ROFO), demand planning, stock analysis, and procurement strategies for sustainable and cost-effective supply chain operations.
