Responsibilities & Context:
*Diploma or Degree in business administration , management or related field
*Oversee daily laundry operations including washing drying , pressing and delevery services
*Ensure quality standards are consistently met
*Develop staff schedule and manage attendence
*Handle staff performence , disciplinary actions , and development
*Ensure timely payments ofutilities , wages , vat ,and development
*Prepare finacial reports for management
*Maitaince strong relationship with clients
*Develop pricing strategies and service packages
*Ensure complaince with Fiji labour laws, health and safety regulation
*Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate pricing
