• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
• Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

• Supply Chain Management

• Business Administration

• Industrial Engineering

Or relevant discipline

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

• Age At most 40 years

• Has to handle all concerns under “Confidence”

• Minimum & 8 years of experience in supply chain or logistics

• Experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage

• Strong experience in ERP systems and inventory management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent negotiation and vendor management ability

• Knowledge of supply chain KPls and cost control

• Proficiency in ERP software and MS Excel

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies

• Manage procurement and vendor relationships

• Oversee inventory planning, stock control, and warehouse management

• Ensure smooth logistics and distribution operations

• Monitor supply chain KPls (cost, lead time, service level, wastage)

• Coordinate with production, sales, and finance teams

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

• Optimize cost efficiency and process improvement

• Implement and monitor ERP/Supply Chain systems
