Experience:

• At least 8 years

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration ,or relevant field.

• Additional training/certification in inventory or warehouse management is an advantage.

• At least 8 years

• Age At most 40 years
• Only Male

• Has to handle all concerns under “Confidence”

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in store/warehouse management

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems

• Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP software

• Good organizational and leadership skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate stock records (inward & outward)

• Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials

• Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment when required

• Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation

• Supervise store staff and ensure discipline and efficiency

• Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and production departments

• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements

• Maintain proper documentation for all store transactions

• Residence: If required residence facilities will be provided close to the factory premises.
