Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ All core network device and security device installation, configuration, and performance monitoring.
∎ Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks.
∎ Develop research programs incorporating current developments to improve existing products and study the potential of new products.
∎ Understand customer expectations for to-be manufactured products and implement them as necessary.
∎ Monitor DC-DR & Core Network performance statistics, troubleshoot problem areas Identify and remedy performance bottlenecks.
∎ Installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of anti-DDoS and firewalls.
∎ Develop a new network as per the requirements.
∎ Troubleshoot all types of core network issues.
∎ Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain POPs.
∎ Direct development and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
∎ Attending different technical meetings and trying to provide exact solutions as per client requirements.
∎ Communicate with the intra-team (Sales, Transmission, NW) regarding individual client and POP issues.
∎ Manage IIG and NTTN with our vendors.
∎ Prepare the report as per the requirements and submit it to management.
∎ Maintain different types of servers.
∎ Help the system team solve different types of problems.
∎ Planning for system development whenever needed.
