Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
· B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial flooring, waterproofing, or construction chemicals.
· Strong technical knowledge of PU, Epoxy, waterproofing, and construction products.
· Lead and support sales operations to meet monthly and annual targets.
· Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to clients and project teams.
· Prepare and present product demonstrations and application solutions.
· Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
· Support site visits, supervise application quality, and resolve technical issues.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
· Willingness to travel and visit project sites when required.
