Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead a team of Sales Executives/Officers to achieve sales targets in the respective areas
∎ Sales planning, sales execution and market analysis reports of the assigned areas/zone to the line management
∎ Plan and achieve the primary & secondary sales targets through distribution, productivity, coverage, visibility and merchandising
∎ Ensure growth and generate revenues from the assigned market in a consistent manner
∎ To ensure AIL products availability at the maximum number of outlets under his territory
∎ Increase the targeted number of dealers to maximize sales & product coverage in respective areas
∎ Carry out effective communication with the dealers, end-users and other stakeholders to promote sales of AIL products
∎ Ensure dealer’s satisfaction & motivation with the necessary services & supports of the concerned
∎ To execute daily sales-call on time & effectively through all sales executives and ensure proper call reports from the field forces as well within the required time
∎ Plan & execute the targeted sales to achieve on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
∎ Efficiently execute the credit management policy of the organization and ensure timely collections from the assigned markets
∎ Must execute 100+ sales turnover considering credit in the respective sales areas
∎ Maintain rapport with the engineers, contractors & corporate buyers to grab prospective & ongoing projects
∎ Execute promotional plan & branding activities as per guideline
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of own & competitors Product.
∎ Knowledge of product uses & utility.
∎ Working Knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, Power point & mail correspondence.
∎ Dealer & customer handling.
