Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach and increase revenue.
∎ Build relationships with retail clients, wholesalers, and distributors to promote the mineral water product.
∎ Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including B2B sales and direct-to-consumer channels.
∎ Create and manage sales forecasts, tracking performance against targets.
∎ Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of products to clients and maintain customer satisfaction.
∎ Manage and lead a sales team, providing training and performance feedback.
∎ Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
∎ Ensure that production targets are met, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
∎ Manage inventory and storage of raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and quality control protocols.
∎ Collaborate with the production team to streamline production operations and reduce costs.
∎ Monitor maintenance and repair schedules for production machinery.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers along with the team to maintain a consistent supply of raw materials.
∎ Implement environmental and sustainability initiatives in production processes.
