Job Responsibilities:
∎ To overall follow up the fabrics quality and delivery to cutting after reviewing with Buyer STD.
∎ For buyer H&M, LIDL, KIABI, Jennifer, having lab test report batch wise of color fastness, shrinkage/twisting, GSM, Hand feel, recovery, Appearance against approved Standard.
∎ To ensure the shade through reviewing the approval to bulk.
∎ Identify the problems, analyses the root cause and share with production people fix rectification or commercial solution as urgent as urgent basis.
∎ Give technical decision to dyeing finishing for any fail reports and improving quality further when required.
∎ Responsible to follow up the dyeing sample quality (PP sample and counter sample) as maintaining the Buyer requirement the existing product quality.
∎ Responsible to handle the Buyer representative (Lidl, H&M) and try to fulfill their demand as per maintaining the existing product quality.
∎ To follow the party (Sub contact work) who have been working there.
∎ Collecting Grey QC batch reports and responsible to inform of any issues to superior of quality problems of Grey fabrics from knitting.
∎ To control the under controls manpower and training them regarding existing quality.
∎ To follow and coordination with cutting dept. Dis, GSM, Shade, Dyeing faults, Knitting faults to minimize short quantity of cutting Dept.
∎ To follow up the GPQ system, QMS as any findings will have not been track out during material team/QC visit.
∎ For QMS each month we prepare the data, analyses, root causes and take corrective action plan.
Salary: Negotiable
