∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the process of developing products or enhancing existing products to meet customer expectations effectively
∎ Sampling different materials, manufacturing processes, design tolerances, and other factors to find the best ones that suit the new product brief.
∎ Performing market research to understand market requirements for new product development.
∎ Identify customer’s dislikes and likes, and identify key styles by leveraging on buyers’ knowledge
∎ Analyzing existing products to identify areas for improvement and updating current documentation
∎ Identify company goals to conceptualize, design, and test new products.
∎ Oversee product line and trend direction with the aim of creating a focused brand concept
∎ Review merchandise line to ensure “harmony” with other brands of merchandise
∎ Consulting market research materials and sales data to ensure that products are viable and competitive.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Working experience in the Product Development team will be considered an added advantage.
∎ Creative and innovative thinking skills.
∎ Demonstrated ability to solve technical problems and work with others to effect solutions
∎ Knowledge of AutoCAD, Shoe Master, Adobe Illustrator
