Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree, preferably in Management/ Business Studies or relevant discipline;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Contract length: Up to December, 2020. Possibility of further extension upon funding availability
∎ Qualified women are strongly encouraged to apply. Minimum requirements will be flexible for the potential female candidates.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' experience in procurement and supply chain, preferably in development organization;
∎ Experience in procurement (food and non-food items), transportation and distribution, customs clearing, warehouse management and stock management etc.
∎ Experience in logistics in emergency response will an advantage;
∎ Knowledge of international standards related to logistics and procurement is preferable
∎ Excellent inter-personal communication skills
∎ Hands-on computer (MS Office/Excel) operating skills
∎ Ability to work in high stress situations such as emergency response.
