Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee implementation of the baseline survey and ensure quality data collection and support in analysis during the first quarter of the project.
∎ Implement monitoring and evaluation strategy for OoSCEP
∎ Support to develop monitoring tools and techniques for OoSCEP
∎ Ensure frequent field visit, monitor program activities and provide continuous support to the field ensure data collection and use.
∎ Ensure quality data to measuring impact of the project through various approaches using both Qualitative and Quantitative process.
∎ Prepare performance monitoring plan
∎ Provide regular support for monitoring and evaluation components.
∎ Support in conducting capacity assessment and in preparing capacity inventory of the relevant staff (ESs, teachers and facilitators) for the Monitoring component.
∎ Provide continuous training support on Monitoring and research to the project implementation areas.
∎ Assist research/ survey designing as needed in the project.
∎ Prepare reports regularly- monthly, quarterly, and annual as required.
∎ Document project success stories and case studies.
∎ Supervise data collection for research/study/survey as stated in program proposal
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 06 years' experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Supervision, Coordination etc.
∎ Should be capable of report writing in both English and Bangla.
∎ Working with NGOs with field exposures will be preferred.
∎ Interpersonal skill, communication skills, presentation skill etc.
∎ Should have mentality to field visit.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on MS Office.
∎ Should be capable of making liaison with Local Government and primary school and community mobilization.
∎ Should have valid motor driving license.
Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
