- Minimum 5 to 7 years of proven experience in sales and marketing.
- Prior experience in the cement, construction materials, or FMCG sector will be preferred.
- Candidates with previous working experience in South Chattogram will be given special preference.

Job Responsibilities
Take initiative to achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales and market expansion strategies in the assigned territory.
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
Ensure timely and proper collection of payments against sales.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required by management.
Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and business growth.
Perform any other duties assigned by management based on organizational requirements.
