Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of proven experience in sales and marketing.
  • Prior experience in the cement, construction materials, or FMCG sector will be preferred.
  • Candidates with previous working experience in South Chattogram will be given special preference.

Responsibilities & Context:

Work Location

  • Cox’s Bazar District, including but not limited to:

    Badarban Area, Satkania, Lohagara, Chakoria, Eidgaon, Naikhangchhari, Moheshkhali, Cox’s Bazar Sadar, Ramu, Ukhiya, Teknaf

Job Responsibilities

  • Take initiative to achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

  • Develop and implement effective sales and market expansion strategies in the assigned territory.

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.

  • Ensure timely and proper collection of payments against sales.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required by management.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and business growth.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management based on organizational requirements.
