• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management software

Job Location: Danga Bazar, Palash, Narsingdi

• Supervise and manage daily store operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and spares

• Coordinate with surveyor to unloading, condition of Raw materials and to conduct draft surveys to determine the weight of the cargo

• Verify shipping paperwork, including the bill of lading, commercial invoice, and packing lists

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all inventory transactions in ERP systems

• Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations

• Develop and enforce effective material handling and inventory control procedures

• Coordinate closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure material availability as per operational requirements

• Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory and initiate timely disposal or reallocation

• Ensure proper storage conditions and handling practices to minimize material damage and obsolescence

• Conduct periodic physical stock verifications and reconcile discrepancies

• Prepare and submit regular reports on stock status, consumption trends, and variance analysis

• Lead, train, and motivate store personnel to maintain high performance and compliance with company policies

• Liaise with the procurement department for timely replenishment of critical materials

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in store operations

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
