Job Context:
∎ Deputy Manager/ Manager, Skills Development Program & Branch Coordinator will have to lead the overall activities in the Chattogram region, achieving project targets through successfully implementing program-related activities to fulfill the organization`s mission and vision through solid coordination of the branch office and its functions.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the overall operations of the BYLC Chattogram branch in coordination with different teams (operations, accounts, logistics, programs, people management, and partnerships)
∎ Directly manage staff members of Chattogram to ensure they feel supported and meet their individual KPIs
∎ Coordinate BYLC programs and events according to the annual program calendar and meet the project targets for the Chattogram region
∎ Execute projects maintaining strict timelines, and standard processes ensuring a high standard in all stages of the project life cycle
∎ Build partnerships with the English, Bangla, and Madrassa medium schools to ensure an increased number of potential students participate in the leadership development programs at BYLC
∎ Accomplish financial objectives by executing the annual budget; forecasting periodical requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; and initiating corrective actions
∎ Ensure procurement request and distribution of necessary materials/products required for the activities
∎ Generate monthly, quarterly, annual, and other necessary reports as necessary with proper documentation
∎ Ensure overall quality of the work and enhanced customer service to get expected outcomes
∎ Support BGN to create graduate friendly ecosystem across the country
∎ Ensure the entire team in Chattogram is well acquainted with the BYLC’s organizational goal and prepare their objectives and priorities
∎ Coordinate with educators, administrators, program staff, vendors, and partners to attain operational efficiency and excellence
∎ Actively model BYLC core values, and safeguard the staff, and participants at the office and during BYLC events
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience of which at least 3 years in a management capacity.
Salary: Negotiable
