A leading Garments Accessories & Packaging Manufacturer serving export-oriented RMG factories, buying houses, and international brands. We are expanding our commercial operations and looking for experienced, result-driven professionals to lead business growth and strengthen client partnerships.
The role is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, managing key buyers, and developing strategic relationships within the RMG and export-oriented industry. The incumbent will lead business development initiatives for packaging and accessories products such as poly bags, cartons, gum tape, boxes, labels, and related trims.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Build strong relationships with RMG factories, buying houses, exporters, and sourcing offices.
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
Lead negotiation, pricing discussions, and contract finalization.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
Develop marketing strategies to increase market share.
Support promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and industry events.
Provide market intelligence and growth recommendations to management.
Maintain long-term partnerships with strategic clients.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
Handle buyer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
Coordinate closely with production, planning, and supply chain teams.
Monitor order execution, delivery timelines, and shipment follow-ups.
Ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery performance.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business analysis.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and client database.
Lead, mentor, and guide junior sales team members (for Manager/Senior Manager level).
