Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare different types of analytical reports (Daily, Weekly & Monthly) related with Sales and Distribution as per requirement of Senior Management.
∎ The important reports are as follows; Designing reporting format and prepare reports accordingly.
∎ Sales Target & achievement reports as per sales organogram, party wise (as on date).
∎ Updated undelivered and delivered status, Daily Sales Update(value, quantity) as on date
∎ Updated of Dispatch Order and vehicle loading information (time to time).
∎ Party wise deposit confirmation reconciled with sales employee and forward it to accounts department for balance confirmation(daily basis)
∎ Order taking from sales team and process the information for approval and coordination of Invoicing (DO Process) System.
∎ To confirm and communicate on party balance (quantity, Value etc.) to all members of sales team and prepare documents & information for party balance reconciliation.
∎ To ensure dispatch from different depots to be located at different points all around the country.
∎ Different types of communication (Format, market information, delivery schedule etc.) with the members of sales team as directed by Senior Management.
∎ Sales Force support: time-sheets, logistics requirements, market information format, TA-DA bill processing etc
∎ To collect market information of competitive brands and submits it to the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales Admin, Sales Operations
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Cement Industry, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG).
∎ Ability to priorities own work load.
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ An administrative or sales background
∎ Must be detail oriented.
∎ Must have experience in sales administration.
