Job Responsibilities:
∎ To execute the Strategy of Sales Planning and achieve the target in monthly, quarterly & yearly basis.
∎ Increase sales lead and conversion rate through the sales funnel to market promotion.
∎ Prepare marketing plan for each month.
∎ Commercial space, plot and apartment selling.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Should have experience in Renowned Real Estate Company (Apartment Project)
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good planning and organizational skills.
∎ The ability to work under pressure.
∎ Can do attitude, Able to take the challenge.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills.
∎ Have the ability to work for extended hours.
