∎ Lead a team of Sales Advisors toward effective collaboration and attainment of goals.
∎ Ensure compliance and set rules with organization's policies and operational guidelines.
∎ Deal with the property owners, buyers and other stakeholders by providing creative and practical solutions.
∎ Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it.
∎ Monitoring the team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
∎ Collecting customer feedback and market research within the region.
∎ Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
∎ Assist management in decisions for expansion or acquisition of business within the region.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have interest and experience in Sales. Experience in SERVICE INDUSTRY will be preferred.
