Responsibilities & Context:
1. Sales & Business Development
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for land projects (residential, commercial, industrial).
Identify potential buyers, investors, and business partners.
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Conduct market visits, client meetings, and site presentations.
2. Marketing Strategy & Execution
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, and field-level promotions).
Coordinate with advertising agencies and internal teams for promotional activities.
Prepare marketing materials including brochures, proposals, and presentations.
3. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
Handle client queries, negotiations, and closing of sales deals.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales service.
4. Land Project Coordination
Work closely with land acquisition, legal, and development teams.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance during sales transactions.
