Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Document all KPIs in the standard format against set objectives and KPIs.
∎ Collect departmental and individual KPI data from respective functions in liaison with the departmental data custodian and HoD within the timeline provided.
∎ Develop dashboards and other analytical tools for effective data/information representation on performance.
∎ Track departmental and individual KPIs periodically and suggest recommendations if there is/are any mismatch between objectives and results.
∎ Prepare report/present KPI data/information to management from time to time for periodical updates/modifications etc.
∎ Help the organization build a performance culture through meaningful KPIs and performance management systems.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-8 years in performance data/data analysis in any industry
