At least 2 years hands-on experiences as Deputy Manager / Manager in reputed Organization.
Effective Leadership skills is required.
Applicant should have the proactive & positive mindset.
Ability to deal effective Public Relations (PR) activities.
Ability to work under pressure.
Effective communication & Negotiation skills is required.
Well conversant with MS Office.
Ensure & Maintain all HR & OD functions such as PMS, Training & Development, Talent Acquisitions, and other related functions with collaboration of Head Office.
Ensure day to day administrative and general services to all the departments relating to office administration, transport, office maintenance.
Provide full protocol assistance during the arrival, stay, and departure of Management.
Prepare and manage international/ domestic travel-related all formalities for the Management.
Organize accommodation and comprehensive travel logistics for the Management when required.
Organize seminars, fairs, visits, and other corporate events, ensuring smooth logistic and protocol support with Brand Department.
Plan, implement and manage Public Relations (PR) programs.
Build long-term relationships with all relevant stakeholders, such as government office, media people and other agencies.
Oversee the scheduling of regular maintenance, servicing, and necessary repairs of all company-owned vehicles & other related establishment.
Manage and monitor the overall safety and security of the Office, including coordination with security personnel and enforcement of safety & security protocols.
Any other assignment given by the management from time to time.
