Job Context:
∎ The job location will be in Hemayetpur, Savar
∎ We are looking for an ambitious, hardworking, self-motivated, Career-orientated Foil Printing expert.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall planning of printing jobs of new/received/scheduled orders of customers on narrow webs, coordinating functions among sections producing Laminated Tubes and Self Adhesive Labels in rolls daily.
∎ Educating and training team leaders by providing on job demonstrations to ensure continuous development of efficient processes. Updating colleagues on new SOPs, trends & techniques on regular basis.
∎ Routine shop floor visits to inspect & rectify faulty processes, and parameters and find out root causes to eliminate recurrence of machine problems, process failures, etc.
∎ Attending customer feedback, and complaints and devising optimum solutions for better customer service.
∎ Supervising & actively coordinating inventory movement, timely requisitions, periodical spare-parts health checkups.
∎ Assisting Management by generating & providing adequate data, and information to make successful business expansions.
∎ Closely assist Management in developing new products with an emphasis on ensuring business viability from a production point of view.
∎ Manage, encourage, and develop human resources within the respective production departments.
∎ To Support all maintenance activities.
∎ To Maintain all standards for achieving quality objectives.
∎ To Facilities & Participate in circle activities of ASB Machine, Injection Molding M/C, Jomar M/C.
∎ To Keep & Maintain 5's TPM & ISO Related Records.
∎ To train all subordinates as per the training program.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Foil Printing Machine Operation
∎ Competency in data management, data sorting, and analysis.
∎ A minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant field is preferable.
∎ Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint and ERP software (SAP)
∎ Strong Analytical skills, Communication Skills, and leadership capability & proactiveness.
