∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fabric Sourcing, Sub Contract, Textile Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proficient in fabric types including TC, CVC, cotton, terry, fleece terry, brush/non-brush.
∎ Efficiently handle the entire order and execution process.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with fabric suppliers.
∎ Ensure the highest quality standards for fabrics.
∎ Delivery: Fabrics order monitor and ensure on-time delivery.
∎ Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of fabric sourcing professionals.
∎ Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
∎ Continuously enhance fabric sourcing processes for efficiency.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Strong negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Leadership experience and the ability to manage a team effectively.
