• Plan and allocate daily DOC sales schedules across regions.

• Coordinate with divisional heads and hatcheries to ensure seamless supply chain management.

• Prepare and update daily DOC sales reports, including declared vs. actual sales rates and customer-specific analysis.

• Collect and analyze competitor pricing for DOC (Broiler, Color, and Layer categories).

• Prepare comprehensive competitor price reports to support management in pricing strategies and market positioning.

• Ensure timely collection of payments against sales from territory officers, zone in-charges, and other stakeholders.

• Recover outstanding dues from parties and update agents` ledgers and receivable accounts.

• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports, including TT collection tracking.

• Develop daily rate sheets for Eggs, Broilers, and DOC.Monitor declared vs. actual sales rates and provide insights for market adjustments.

• Generate various operational and financial reports to aid management decision-making.

• Create weekly and monthly management reports, including sales, collections, and accounts performance.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of sales, collections, and market research findings.

• Collaborate with divisional heads, territory officers, and zone in-charges to ensure smooth sales and collection processes.
