∎ M.Sc (Chemistry)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production manager must collect market demand from distribution.
∎ He will plan production process and manpower design with consult GM (plant) to fulfill market demand and company monthly target of production cost effectively.
∎ He will design weekly & monthly production process, manpower use and machine utilization.
∎ He will provide the estimation of raw material need for achieving monthly targeted by company.
∎ He will give instruction to shift in charge about daily production and be confirming that those instructions are done.
∎ He will monitor the production process and adjust schedule as needed.
∎ He will insure products quality and productivity rate of production.
∎ He will insure that his operator will not make wastage unnecessary.
∎ He will collect and analyses data of production and workers efficiency.
∎ He will notify admin if any dispute of production or rules regulation for any negligence.
∎ He will insure production floor discipline and motivate worker to improve quality and efficiency.
∎ He will motivate workers to do better performing and arrange training session to improve quality of manpower.
∎ He will insure safety and health guideline as per company policy.
∎ He will complete production report of Daily, weekly and monthly and handover to GM (plant).
∎ He will inform any machine faulty to maintenance to insuring machine maintenance properly.
∎ He will maintain a relation with QC, Maintenance, distribution and store department for a smooth and quality production.
Salary:
∎ Attractive salary will be offered for eligible candidate.
