Experience:

• 5 to 7 years

• Master of Law (LLM)

• Enrollment as an Advocate in the High Court Division will get preference
• Advocateship from Bangladesh Bar Council

• 5 to 7 years

• Age At least 30 years

• Must have relevant experience.
• Ability to travel for field visits and court appearances as required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for dealing with defaulters and stakeholders.

• File and conduct cases on behalf of the Company to recover defaulted investments as per the management’s requirements.

• Manage and monitor all pending cases related to credit recovery in a professional and efficient manner.

• Serve legal notices on behalf of the Company as directed by the management.

• Prepare legal documents and vet agreements, including demand letters, petitions, and other relevant paperwork as required by the management.

• Study defaulter party files, make necessary contact, and visit defaulter parties as per management instructions.

• Draft GDs, FIRs, and complaint petitions and file them as required by the management.

• Explore alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation or arbitration to expedite debt recovery and reduce legal costs where appropriate.

• Perform any other assignments as and when required, in line with management directives.
