- Must have relevant experience.
- Ability to travel for field visits and court appearances as required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for dealing with defaulters and stakeholders.
Responsibilities & Context:
File and conduct cases on behalf of the Company to recover defaulted investments as per the management’s requirements.
Manage and monitor all pending cases related to credit recovery in a professional and efficient manner.
Serve legal notices on behalf of the Company as directed by the management.
Prepare legal documents and vet agreements, including demand letters, petitions, and other relevant paperwork as required by the management.
Study defaulter party files, make necessary contact, and visit defaulter parties as per management instructions.
Draft GDs, FIRs, and complaint petitions and file them as required by the management.
Explore alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation or arbitration to expedite debt recovery and reduce legal costs where appropriate.
Perform any other assignments as and when required, in line with management directives.
