∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Land Law, Land Management, Legal
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Law Firm

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Site Acquisition as per management requirement.
∎ Negotiating with concern
∎ Vetting of property documents.
∎ Vetting of corporate and service agreements.
∎ Providing Legal opinion
∎ Drafting agreements and Service Contracts.
∎ Legal support and operational activities for the company.
∎ Dispute solving related to acquired lands.
∎ Working on all compliance & HR issues practiced by organization.
∎ Taking initiatives and legal actions according to the management decision.
∎ Proper maintaining of all files and documents with confidentiality.
∎ Any other job assigned time to time by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Able to work hard and in stressful situation.
∎ Energetic, Confident and proactive.
∎ Computer literacy in All MS office applications is must.
∎ 8-10 years of working experience in relevant field under group of companies is required
∎ Enrollment in the Bangladesh Bar Council and High Court Division of Bangladesh is preferable.

Salary: Negotiable
