∎ Master's Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or equivalent. PGDHRM will be an advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of hands-on experience in training designing & organizing, conducting TNA, training resource identification, monitoring, and result evaluation.
∎ Advanced knowledge on staff capacity development - strategy, tools, methods etc.
∎ Demonstrated experience on needs assessment, resource identification, organizing training events and session facilitation
∎ Excellent skills on session plan and training module development
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bangla & English
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Power Point and Bangla typing skills
