Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage all sorts of in-house and outside work as Deputy Manager.
∎ Planning, documenting, and executing all phases of the project lifecycle (IT & Company ERP System) including scope, requirements, work breakdown structure with timeline management, priority and dependency management, and the assignment of roles and responsibilities to the project team Preparing, updating and maintaining roll-out plans, resource allocation plans and budgets regularly.
∎ Communicating precise scope of work to different functional teams (Development, SQA, Solution Design, Training, Finance, etc.)
∎ Upgrading, configuring, and debugging existing IT & ERP systems with system design, managing database security/integrity, and backup and restore procedures Ensure necessary support for installation and /or fixing of hardware and software issues for all IT users in the company by engaging on-site support.
∎ Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Monitoring All Servers in Office. Configure, Maintain & Support Mail Server, Router, Switches & Firewalls AD, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Access Control & CCTV Administration.
∎ Ensure all IT Compliance, Maintain IT assets & complete inventory Updates and review from time to time Coordinate the training activities and provide support to ERP.
∎ Must be familiar with any relational database, like Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, etc.
∎ Understanding of Computer power, Suitable system of power, online and offline UPS CCNA/MSSQL/ other technical certification is preferred.
